25% travel - in and around Northern Indiana, Chicago, PA, TX, AL, CA, OR, AZ
$90K plus bonus
4-7 years with public and/or private audit experience, CPA preferred
Excellent ability to work with Business Unit Leaders to find win/win solutions while assuring compliance with internal and external policies/regulations
Internal Audit
The Auditor will provide proactive support for corporate management's
certifications of controls under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) by evaluating
business processes that ensure the company's assets are properly accounted for
and are adequately safeguarded from loss. They will also be participating as a
member of a team conducting independent audit and risk oversight activities at
Patrick Industries nationally.
Responsibilities
Candidates will be responsible for evaluating and identifying potential risks and providing recommendations based on their evaluations and risks.
Conduct evaluations of Patrick Industries financial operational, compliance control processes and systems to ensure risks are properly managed.
Actively participate on departmental and/or cross-functional teams addressing internal and external issues that support Patrick Industries
Will be assisting with other projects as needed
Some travel for this position is required
Requirements
Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in accounting, have knowledge of the financial market and 4
years of experience in public accounting
Candidates with internal/external experience considered a plus
Must have strong Microsoft Office skills, including; Word, Excel, Outlook, ect. JDE or AX experience is preferred
All applicants must be able to work as a team and have good interpersonal skills
Must possess effective written and oral communication skills
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
