Providing leadership and continuous improvement to the Assembly Team in the areas of quality, cost, productivity, delivery and safety;
Planning, monitoring and scheduling of staff and work operations;
Providing resources, training and mentoring to associates;
Working with other teams to make facility process changes;
Ensuring that OSHA, safety and environmental regulations are met;
Recommending improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product;
Evaluating needs and requirements for new products or processes;
Assisting in the enforcement of company policies and rules.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree required; Manufacturing, Operations Management or similar disciplines preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
3
years of experience in manufacturing and leadership;
Strong Continuous Improvement successes;
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing;
Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills;
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
