The Office Administrator is responsible for performing administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors while being the direct contact between facilities.
Additional responsibilities will include performing audits of outbound shipments.
Essential Functions:

Field inquiries via phone and/or email then directing to appropriate team members.
Print customer orders for United Shade.
Maintaining pick lists between customer service and shipping department.
Act as direct contact from customer service/ sales to the warehouse team members.
Organizing of shippers and preparing documents for scanning and invoicing.
Filing and other office duties Perform audits on outbound shipments.

This position operates in a professional office setting within a warehouse environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as telephones, computers, printers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
You will also operate in a warehouse environment while performing outbound audits.
