We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our patients and visitors.
This is a full-time position with regular office hours, 8:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual - Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars - Perform data entry tasks to update client information and records - Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents - Provide general administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing - Assist with event planning and coordination - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services - Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred - Proficient in using a computer and willing to learn our specific software application - Strong attention to detail - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy - Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
