Create Repair Orders (RO) for lot inventory repairs Coordinate repairs with Service Advisors Work with service on repair/warranty issues Enter Make, Model, Floor Plan, Options and costs into the master table for each unit type Verify confirmations for retailed units, invoices, MSO's and MSRP's Enter new PO's and trade appraisals on used units Update computer with correct information after unit arrives (i.
e.
current options, mileage) Work with Tag & Title to verify, and photograph if necessary, VIN discrepancies Contact manufacturers that we do not represent to verify the model year of trades Ensure that all units requiring disclosures are flagged in the computer and tagged on the lot Barcode paperwork for scanning, including original and updated appraisal sheets Run inventory reports Work with Sales Support and IT to correct any inaccurate makes, models, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS and
Experience:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a fast-paced, stressful environment Ability to function independently and exercise sound decision making Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
