As a Urological Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting urologists and other medical staff in delivering high-quality care to patients.
From administrative tasks to patient care duties, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team.
Duties:
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and preparing patients for examinations - Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers - Perform medical administrative support tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and coordinating referrals - Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment - Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment - Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace Requirements:
