Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee a team of maintenance technicians and ensure their proper training and development Manage daily work orders and conduct preventative maintenance to reduce mechanical downtime Maintain all necessary logs, reports and documentation Review existing processes and workflows and identify opportunities to implement improvements Schedule and prioritize maintenance needs to ensure proper coverage Perform hands on maintenance tasks Qualifications and Skills:

years of Maintenance Supervisor experience 3
years of PLC experience Strong mechanical aptitude Experience working within OSHA safety guidelines Must be familiar with a wide range of pneumatic and hydraulic machinery Demonstrate a proven track record of leading teams of experienced technicians as well as apprentices Align with Patrick Industries BETTER Together mentality by pursuing Balance, Excellence, Trust, Teamwork, Empowerment, and Respect within the organization Benefits Include:
