Protect, enhance, and grow the customer base of Waste-Away Group while focusing on creating high value, high trust relationships with current and prospective customers.
Seek to understand what the customer values and deliver solutions that match their needs.
Ensure that all customer needs are handled promptly, accurately, and beyond their expectations.
Resolve customer concerns by having a genuine interest in understanding the full scope of the problem, defining the solution, and following through to resolution.
Collaborate with the Marketing Department to create compelling and individualized marketing, and presentation materials.
Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Generate price quotes by utilizing company provided pricing tools.
Maintain communication with the team through activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Create sales projections for budgeting and planning.
Consistently meet and exceed the sales goals and objectives established by management.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.
Perform your duties as efficiently as possible, reducing costs when possible, and maintain accurate receipts for all job-related expenses to submit as required.
Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable Department to ensure that all invoices are paid in full in a timely manner by your customers EDUCATIONAL SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in business along with at least 1 year of successful sales experience; or an Associate degree in a related field with at least 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
Strong knowledge of principles and practices relating to sales administration, customer service, and account management.
Proven ability of learning and communicating product knowledge.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to plan, manage time well, make decisions, negotiate terms or solutions, and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to use PC, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, CRM technology, and reporting systems.
SALES/MARKETING SKILLS:
Ability to plan, execute, and achieve sales goals through a strong motivation for sales and the management of client relationships.
Using skills such as prospecting, negotiation, customer service, closing, technical knowledge, competitive advantage, and collaboration.
Able to maintain an autonomous schedule and territory management.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and manuals.
Ability to effectively present information orally and respond to questions from individuals or groups.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Work Environment:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
