Speaking to Customers over the phone and/or in person Answering in-bound phone calls, making out-bond calls- leaving a positive impression over the phone every time Scheduling vehicles service appointments for customers Updating and using customer data base tool Working closely with open communication with our Service & Parts Advisors, Service Technicians, and Management Providing excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
