This position focuses on responding to customers' inquiries, answering the phones, and greeting visitors.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts, orders, lead times, and order status Enter orders into Dynamics AX software Greet and direct visitors Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage the office supply inventory Requirements:
Must possess excellent communication and writing skills Must have the ability to use various types of office equipment and have knowledge of computer software programs (I.
e.
Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel) Must be well organized and self-motivating, requiring a minimum amount of supervision Has the ability to work well with others, as a team Professional phone etiquette Ability to understand and carry out instructions easily Maintains professional and ethical behavior Must have the ability to work with and communicate directly with customers Experience with Dynamics AX software is a plus Bilingual is a plus Patrick Industries offers full benefits package including, but not limited to, Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Vacation, 401K, and HSA.
