Our mission is simple - Do the Right Thing!Position OverviewAlliance RV is currently seeking an experienced and full-time IT support specialist.
We are looking for someone responsible for managing Active Directory, Microsoft 365, providing end-user support, installing and upgrading computer hardware, maintaining technical documentation, and managing IT asset inventory.
Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote support to end-users.
Set up and maintain computer equipment for end-users.
Assist with software installations and updates.
Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
Maintain an accurate IT asset management system.
Troubleshoot minor network problems.
Qualifications 3
years IT helpdesk/support experience or equivalent.
Microsoft certification preferred.
Experience Proficient in working within a Windows OS environment and Office 365.
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft Server OS.
Knowledge of NetSuite is a plus.
Professional Skills Self-motivated with strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, and a desire to learn new skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to quickly troubleshoot and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical end-users.
Demonstrated ability to work independently on daily tasks and projects, adjusting priorities as needed.
