This is a no commission sales role with a great base pay salary.

Shift and Compensation Monday-Friday 8-5 PM $70-75K depending on experience Job Duties Develop the sales targets in accordance with the company's requirements Ensure sales targets are met and sales reports as required by the Executive VP are submitted in a timely manner Provide exceptional service to customers Make sure monthly sales targets are met or exceeded Prepare all sales related reports with a degree of timeliness and accuracy Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Executive VP Background Profile 3-5 years related work experience (required) Steel / aluminum / tube industry fabrication experience (strongly preferred) College degree in business/marketing or sales (preferred) Strong computer skills Mechanically inclined #Elkhart.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
