Responsibilities:
- Enter data into various databases and maintain accurate records - Perform data collection and analysis tasks as assigned - Process and input orders into the system - Create and update spreadsheets using Excel - File and organize documents in both physical and electronic formats - Perform general clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and scanning - Utilize computerized systems to retrieve and input information - Provide administrative support to the team as needed Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets - Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Familiarity with databases and data management systems - Ability to effectively organize and maintain files and documents - Excellent clerical skills, including typing speed and accuracy - Comfortable working with computerized systems and learning new software applications - Strong administrative skills, including time management, multitasking abilities and wokring with others This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
Please note that this is not a remote position.
The Data Entry Clerk will be required to work on-site at our location.
