CNC Manager
CNC Manager - Elkhart, IN DISHER is collaborating with Walerko, a leading manufacturing company specializing in high-precision machining for automotive, machine tool, energy, and defense/aerospace industries in Elkhart, IN, to fill the CNC Manager position.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate estimation of job cost, lead times, and resources required for all customer jobs, as well as ensuring all projects are managed to the parameters established by these quotations.
Your focus will be managing the shop floor in a manner such that maximum productivity and efficiencies are achieved.

What you'll get to do:
Manage CNC, Assembly, and Bench activities Ensure timely availability of tooling, programs, and production supplies Meet company targets for direct and indirect labor, operating within budgetary guidelines Collaborate with Plant Manager, Quality, and other disciplines to optimize processes Review technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements with internal and external teams Evaluate manufacturing processes for accurate estimation of machine, inspection, and setup timing What will make you successful:
5-10 years of precision manufacturing experience 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a job shop environment Proficient in turning, milling, grinding, CNC machining Ability to accurately estimate machine and setup hours Understanding of CNC programming, tooling, and cutting techniques Experience with various materials, including carbon steels, stainless steels, cast iron, aluminum etc.
Blueprint reading/GD&T knowledge Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (M1) Recommended Skills Automotive Industry Blueprinting Cast Iron Grinding Job Shops Lathes Apply to this job.
