Communicating with customers via email and telephone in a timely and professional manner regarding inquiries, invoicing, and discrepancies Match invoices to receipts for Accounts Payable General data entry for Accounts Payable and Receivables Assist with account set up Checking for accuracy in invoices, payments, postings, and receiving slips Communicating with customers via email and telephone in a timely and professional manner regarding inquiries, invoicing, and discrepancies Preferred Qualifications and
Experience:
High school degree minimum:
additional degree or certification are a plus Prior accounting experience will be highly valued Basic Microsoft Excel skills:
formulas, auto sum, simple find Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized Desire and willingness to learn Skills:
