Move from line to line doing quality checks on parts.
Performing 1st piece checks on all newly set-up parts.
Pulling random parts from boxes for quality checks.
Work with QC Manager on any quality issues for long term solutions.
Ensure all quality forms are filled out and properly documented.
Maintain a great working relationship with shift supervisors and operators to ensure a positive atmosphere.
Maintain and submit a daily report of any quality issues.
Qualifications:
Bilingual - English/Spanish Familiar with calipers, tape measures, shadowgraphs (preferred) 2-3 years experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate Must be well organized and work with little supervision Must be able to read and understand prints Hours are 10 hour shifts, 6:
