Responsibilities Responsible for scheduling all physician orders and new referrals.
Responsible for scheduling patients for return appointments.
Faxes or scans patient information as needed.
Schedules any changes or corrections per MD orders in EMR.
Adheres to all HIPAA, PHI, and CMS compliance requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High level of multi-tasking skills in fast-paced environment.
Effectively communicate with a diverse group of people.
Familiar with or able to comprehend medical terminology.
Education High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 - 3 years' experience in busy medical office setting (Preferred) Scheduler, MA, or medical reception experience (Preferred) Pharmacy Certification (Preferred) Work Schedule Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM Friday 8 AM - 12 PM Pay $15 - $20 Hourly High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 - 3 years' experience in busy medical office setting (Preferred) Scheduler, MA, or medical reception experience (Preferred).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
