Opportunity Seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager that is knowledgeable to Supervise over Heart City Health Clinical staff across multiple location and development of clinical workflows and processes.
This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer and collaborates with the Chief Medical Officer on all clinic workflows and processes.
Other responsibilities include organizing and overseeing the clinical administrative aspects of all departments, such as hiring and training of clinical personnel, clinical staff scheduling (non-provider), and assisting with payroll for clinical staff, as well as policy and procedure development and performing quality improvement initiatives.
This position requires skills in collaborative multidisciplinary consultation with managers, health care team members, and physicians to provide seamless coordination of clinical planning.
Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Current valid Indiana RN license.
2 to 3 years of clinical nursing experience; phone triage experience preferred.
At least 2 years of supervision/management experience Strong computer knowledge required and extensive experience with EMR systems preferred.
Prior experience in a professional office environment preferred.

Responsibilities The RN will use the nursing process and interpersonal, technical, and clinical skills to assist in the delivery of quality patient care and assist clinical staff.
Manage clinical staff including Nurses, Medical Assistants, Patient Care Coordinators, and Managed Care Coordinators.
Responsible for interviewing, hiring, performance and training of new clinical staff.
Leads monthly Clinical meetings with Operations Manager.
Assists with budget planning for the Clinical Departments.
Mitigates clinical vs.
administrative issues.
The successful candidate must be comfortable with computers, able to work independently, multi-task, and maintain good relationships with patients and others.
