Do you have previous call center experience? Then OSMC is looking for you to help greet our callers in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner.
Screens callers, responds to routine requests for information/service and/or directs callers to appropriate staff.
Sends communication requests to the clinic phone-room/nursing staff by using the communication intake template.
You will be required to verify whether an injury is work related and obtains all necessary information to complete WC Case Manager template when applicable.
Our Call Center Reps will need to communicate with and set up all appointment schedules via internal email regarding scheduling processes and/or updates.
All reps will also have to mail out new patient letters and/or directs patients where registration paperwork may be found online as well as assists in maintaining appointment recall lists.

The callers must accurately follows communication intake processes when tasking messages.
