If you are upbeat, can pleasantly greet patients and visitors as the first face and have excellent customer service.
We are looking for YOU! Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 8:
30am-3:
30pm.
No Saturday's
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' office or demonstrated clerical experience Must be detail oriented and must demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, especially on the phone Required Education:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) Basic proficiency with various computer programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Responsibilities:
Greet each patient and potential new patient in a positive, engaging and professional manner Scheduling new and recurring patient appointments for clinical providers Recognize opportunities and ask appropriate needs-based questions to provide extraordinary customer service to create patient loyalty Ability to prioritize work and handle various tasks simultaneously, with frequent interruptions Ability to interact professionally with patients, providers, and staff Ensure the smooth and efficient flow of patient care using customer service skills and massage system for scheduling clients.
Check patient's in and out.
Provide each patient with required Forms and certify patient completion General maintenance of professional appearance of the office, watering plants, garbage removal, etc.
and oversight of inter-office cleaning, laundry and organization Changing sheets on tables and cleaning treatment rooms after each patient visit Any and all other tasks or projects, as assigned If you are interested in being part of our team, please submit your resume and cover letter.
