The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality control standards, and managing the overall performance of the plant.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations and improve productivity - Oversee all aspects of production, including assembly, quality control, and inventory management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and communication - Implement lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives - Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demands - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety - Manage plant budget and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders - Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in plant management or a similar leadership role - Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices - Proficiency in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems - Demonstrated experience in implementing lean manufacturing methodologies - Mechanical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams - Exceptional organizational and time management skills - Quality control experience is a plus We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
