Individuals must be comfortable working on the telephone for long periods of time as well as working on the computer with attention to detailed data entry is a must.
Individuals will be inputting demographic information into a database for scheduling for patient portals for appointments.
You must be able to speak with patients in a clear and pleasant voice while asking detailed questions for upcoming appointments.
A detail-oriented individual with a pleasant patient service personality with past scheduling background is highly preferred along with a medical office background for consideration to apply.
A high school diploma or ged is required to apply.
