_ TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
_ Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time.

_ EXAMPLE OF DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
_ Performs nursing assessment and nursing diagnosis.
Administers prescribed medications (P.

) and treatments, in accordance with nursing standards.
Prepares equipment and exam rooms and aids physician during treatment, examination, and testing.
Monitors patient during and after exams.
Observes, records, and reports to physician patient's condition, and reaction to drugs and treatments.
Oversees appointment bookings, and ensures preferences are given to patients in emergency situations.
Maintains timely flow of patients.
Greets patients and prepares them for physical examination, updating patient information.
Screens patients for appropriate information.
Instruct patients in collection of samples and tests.
Arranges for patient testing, admission, and surgical procedures.
Responds to telephone calls, making accurate assessment and taking complete messages.
Responds to patient needs in a timely manner.
Instructs patient and family regarding medication and treatment instructions.
Phones prescription orders into pharmacy.
Initiates patient and family teaching as appropriate.
Ensures that charts are prepared for the day.
Ensures that necessary papers and other pertinent information such as test results, exam reports are in place.
Applies principles of aseptic technique and universal precautions.
Interacts courteously with patients, staff, physicians, visitors, and outside agencies.
Orders and stocks supply.
Cleans, disinfects equipment as necessary.
Labels and maintains proper storage of specimens.
Provides specimens for courier pick-up.
Attends required meetings and participates in committees as requested.
Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliation.
Schedules clinic/hospital surgical procedures and pre-op exams.
Pre-certs as necessary.
Screens and refers pharmaceutical representatives.
Performs related work as required and requested within scope of ability, training, and licensure.
Perform other duties as assigned.
_ EDUCATION :
_ High school diploma or equivalent.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Experience:
One year of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting preferred.
CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:
Possession of a current license to practice in the state of Indiana.
Current CPR certification.
Job Type:
Full-time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
