Core responsibilities Manage weekly payroll process including handling hourly and salary employees, deductions and paid time off.
Work with managers to ensure time off requests are handled and processed correctly and that time off is accounted for correctly.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
Ensure all paperwork for payroll and benefits is completed and processed.
Review benefit options and questions with new employees and facilitate employees are able to login to employee portals for benefits and payroll.
General management of benefit renewal process with employees annually during open enrollment.
Coordinate and oversee the employee review process with the managers.
Assist in providing pay history, review schedules and pay benchmarking as needed.
Assist managers in handling disciplinary issues including documentation and improvement plans.
Help facilitate new initiatives to improve the positive culture of our company.
Requirements SKILLS 3
years of HR General experience Payroll processing experience needed utilizing HRMS Excellent computer skills including MS Office and HR systems General knowledge of various employment laws and practices Practice of a high level of confidentiality Excellent organizational & superior customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Bilingual English and Spanish a big plus Salary:
Competitive based on experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
