Should be able to translate user requirements into functional design and a technical concept Provide advanced technical solutions and leads team through process. Demonstrate creativity and ingenuity in applying engineering principles and practices. Devise innovative solutions to existing manufacturing problems. Apply working knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing process. Should conduct plant assessments & understand customer requirements and define DOU / SOW Should support in preparing RFQ/RFIs to vendors and should evaluate vendor quotes Should support in preparing proposals to customers and should play role in winning projects Coordinate offshore & vendor teams based on project requirement Should support Project Status Reviews and Senior Management Reviews Responsible for customer satisfaction and future engagement with customer Should be able to travel across the multiple locations Skills required General:
Project Management Skills & End-to-end Automation project execution experience Project estimation & Proposal preparation Customer Management Vendor Management & RFQ to Vendors Offshore coordination Plant assessments Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
