Patient care, comfort and service are our top priorities and frame all of the objectives for everyday operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide quality customer service by greeting patients at check-in and check-out Verify patient insurance eligibility and service limits prior to appointment and ensure information is correct in the patient's chart Schedule follow-up operatory treatment and six month recall appointments for patients Answer incoming calls to assist patient in scheduling/rescheduling appointments, answer patient questions if possible, direct the caller to the proper person and/or take messages when necessary Ensure our patients are receiving the dental care they need by making outbound calls to confirm patients, to reschedule patients that do not make their appointment, and to call patients that have treatment that needs to be completed Process patient payments via cash, check, credit card Skills/Education Dental knowledge and experience preferred but not required Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable High school diploma; GED Job Type:
