We are a successful SaaS custom software development company in hyper growth with customers throughout the United States. Our systems & network are critical to ensure a 24x7 access for our customers who use our Human Capitol Management (HCM) software for their daily business use.
As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you are responsible to perform analysis of HCM existing systems and requests for changes or additions to the system.
Our Business Systems Analyst;
Conduct interviews with key stakeholders.
Document the functional Software Requirements specifications that will be turned over to the application development staff to program the system; to the quality control staff to plan testing; and to the product management staff to document user guides and training materials.

As a Business Systems Analyst, your background should include the following for success;
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Finance or MIS systems.
Intermediate to master level use of MS Office applications.
Basic understanding of database structures and ability to write SQL statements as part of the analysis of the system.
4-5 yrs. experience in conducting requirements gathering sessions and documenting functional specifications documents for the development of systems.
Experience in requirements for web-based systems preferred.
ERP/and or Payroll/HR systems background a bonus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
