Our client, located in Elkhart, is looking for a Finance Specialist for a contract position.

In this position, the Finance Specialist is responsible for audit of product standards, maintenance of inventory standards, labor efficiency reporting for production departments, maintaining customer rebate information and month end closing procedures.

Functions and
Responsibilities:

Maintaining and revising base standards in the JDE for components and chemicals.
Maintain all finished product routings in JDE
Prepare weekly P&L to review sales profitability and manufacturing absorption.
Issue daily tracking to forecast goals for plant profitability
Prepare detail profitability on Supply Chain commitment for EBITDA forecast
Work Order review for dollar variances and advance for approval.
Reviewing new product listings for distribution to purchasing and specifications for standards.
Month end closing processes including entering JE?s in E1.
Monthly / Quarterly PPV reconciliation preparation
Quarterly PPV material standard changes
Preparing rebates and/or updating rebate files.
Prepare quarterly and annual audit schedules as assigned.
Assist in semi-annual physical inventory compilation and reconciliation, FIFO price testing and obsolescence reviews.



Position Requirements:

Four year BA or BS in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent and two years prior experience, or any combination thereof.
Strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills - needs to be able to effectively communicate and relate to customers and employees at all levels and function well in a team environment.
Strong initiative - capable and willing to make decisions and take action with limited direction.
Innovative - creative thinker, able to develop new solutions to existing problems.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
