Our client, located in Elkhart, is looking for multiple Financial Specialists.
Responsibilities:
Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and documenting business transactions.
Distributes expenditures, encumbrances, receipts, and receivables according to schedules.
Performs statistical analyses to determine trends, estimates, and significant changes and writes narrative reports explaining findings.
Analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position for other managers.
Audits contracts, orders, vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
Must be able to demonstrate problem solving skills and show ability to resolve problems in a timely manner, developing alternative solutions where necessary.
Must be able to communicate clearly and persuasively in oral and written communications. Demonstrates group presentation skills and effectively participates in meetings.
Possesses good computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
