As a Team Member at Acceptance Insurance, you will be part of growing organization that continues to evolve and positively impact the lives of our customers. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative , you will serve as a direct point of contact that handles all customer interaction received by telephone, face to face, email, fax or mail in the retail locations. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Provides quotations, pricing, required information, and directions to prospects
Prepares quotations for customers' change requests to the policy
Requests any missing or required information from customers and follows up for that information
Receives and responds to all customer inquiries and complaints to ensure proper and satisfactory closing are obtained
Conducts daily customer follow-up calls
Provides coverage for the retail office when the agent is performing outside marketing
Receives customer payments
Scans and sends required documents daily
Answers the telephone in a prompt and courteous manner
Performs outside marketing activities to generate sales
Reports any and all out-of-line conditions affecting customer satisfaction
Assists in the daily cleaning/maintenance of the location
Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Performs other duties as assigned by management
An insurance license is required in order to work in this position. Acceptance Insurance pays 100% of the cost to obtain your license upon joining the company.
Must have excellent communications skills.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Must be professional and have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and dependable.
Strong computer skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
