Our client, located in Elkhart, is looking for a Training Facilitator for a 3
month contract. This person must be open to training all 3 shifts.
Job Duties:
Plan, research, write, and produce training materials as they relate to organizational needs
Conduct training as necessary
Conduct follow-up sessions or post training assessments to evaluate the transfer of knowledge/skills to the job
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs on an on-going basis and make recommendations for improvements as necessary
Provide feedback to instructors on effectiveness of solutions and recommend changes.
Facilitate individual action plans as needed
Record and maintain training records to ensure continual competency within the organization as well as continual compliance to GMP regulations
Adheres to plant-wide policies as appropriate
Attends necessary and/or required workshops and seminars to stay current with the latest developments in the field
Schedules, plans, and/or attends required departmental and/or plant meetings
Prepares necessary reports as requested and/or required in a timely manner
Other assignments as necessary
Requirements
Demonstrated proficiency with related computer programs such as Microsoft office, Access, Publisher, PDF writer, Illustrator, etc.
Demonstrated proficiency with the delivery of training programs
Exceptional teamwork skills
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
