Manufacturing Engineer
We have been retained by a financially secure, organization that specializes in metal stampings. Our client has been in business for over 80 years and is currently in a growth pattern. This position is located in Elkhart, Indiana and relocation assistance will be provided. We are in search of a Manufacturing Engineer to fill an immediate permanent need.
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
o Must have a job shop mentality - continuous floor presence.
o Must have hands-on metal stamping experience and exhibit strong communication skills.
o A solid background of improving processes, die change-over times and production metrics.
o A history of using Design of Experiments, Regression Analysis and FMEA.
o Strong project management background. Leading capital projects to ensure machine installation, training and start-up dates are met.
o Experience developing preventative maintenance plans for dies.
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
o BSME or other related degrees.
o Experience using SOLIDWORKS software
