Spray Booth Operator
Mission:
Spray paint parts and subassemblies to predetermined colors and specifications.
Set up assemblies, parts, accessories, stands, etc. within the booth in preparation for spraying.
Mix all spray booth preparations as required and within safety regulations.
Properly use spray guns, booth, all spray preparations, solvents, spray mask, sandpaper, masking tape, and gloves within established guidelines.
Visually inspect all work as it is being performed to insure quality of finish.
Responsible for quality and quantity of work to meet product specifications.
Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards required for stockroom.
May be called upon to perform other duties as determined by the Company.
Competencies:
Must be able to frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
Must be capable of working within the confines of a paint booth.
Highly repetitive work that requires constant mental and visual attention.
Frequent bending/stooping, squatting/crouching is required
Frequent walking and standing; frequent reaching, grabbing, pushing, pulling
Manual dexterity
Skills:
Prior experience in operating a paint booth or paint operation is desired
Must be able to read and interpret product specifications.
Must be able to read, interpret, and follow verbal and written instructions without assistance.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
